ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. The annual Christmas party will be December 14th. We will be eating at 6:30 p.m. and the program will begin at 7:30 p.m. Bring a covered dish, but meat will be provided. If you have children or grand children who wish to be visited by Santa, please bring an appropriate gift labeled with the child’s name. For more Information, please contact Tim Fail at 288-4010.

2. We will be decorating the Lodge for the Christmas party and Christmas on December 1st at 8:30a.m. If you can assist, we could use your help. Hope to see you there.

3. Have you replaced your old dot matrix sprocket fed printer with a new one? If you still have the old one, we could use it at the Lodge to assist with printing all of the required documents we have to do. Call Steve Whaley or Jaby Oliver at 347-6547 or 307-0977 and we will come and pick it up.

4. December 13th is election of officers for the year 2002. Come out and support the candidates and let your vote be counted. This is important for you as a Mason and the continued success of the Lodge. Be there. There will be a covered dish dinner beginning at 7:00 p.m. The meat will be provided.

5. We will be participating in the Belleview Christmas parade on December 2nd. The float will be decorated on December 1st. We can use any assistance our members can provide. We need riders for the float. Contact Tim Fail for more information.

First of all, remember there is only one meeting left for the year 2001. It is the 2nd Thursday in December. Our present plans are to continue with the monthly breakfast. So plan on attending and supporting this function on the 2nd Saturday of each month.

I would like to thank each and every one who has supported me this year and look forward to seeing you in Lodge next year. We continue to need your support and attendance to be successful in all we do.
