ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. Don’t forget the breakfast on the 2nd Saturday. We need the support. We had an increase in attendance for October. Thank each one of you who attended and hope to see you again. We need better participation, so please come.

2. The Rib Feast was successful this year. We had lots of praise for the quality of our food and its distribution. Even with the high cost of pork, we were able to make a profit.

3. The annual Christmas party will be December 14th. We will be eating at 6:30 p.m. and the program will begin at 7:30 p.m. Bring a covered dish, but meat will be provided. If you have children or grand children who wish to be visited by Santa, please bring an appropriate gift labeled with the child’s name. For more information, please contact Tim Fail at 288-4010.

WORDS FROM THE WORSHIPFUL MASTER

First of all, remember there are only two meetings left for the year 2001. They are the 2nd Thursday in November and December. My year has been a pleasure but it is almost over and I would like to thank everyone who has supported me thus far.

Our Rib dinner was a success and I would like to personally thank every individual who participated in the preparation, serving and general support of this important function. As stated in the announcements, we were able to make a profit. I hope that everyone enjoyed themselves and will be back next year. Without the support of our Brothers and Eastern Star, this function would not have been successful. Again, thanks ever so much.
