1. Don't forget the breakfast on the 2nd Saturday. We need the support. We had 23 customers for September breakfast. Thank each one of you who attended and hope to see you again. We need better participation, so please come.

2. By the time you receive the Trestleboard, the Rib Feast will be history. If you didn't participate, you will have missed a good meal. We only had 45 responses to the pre-mailing of tickets - That is a sad showing. Hopefully, you will remember your commitments the next time and we will have a better showing.

3. Our annual Past Masters Night will be the first meeting in October. We will be having oyster stew in keeping with past tradition. Hope you will come and join us.

WORDS FROM THE WORSHIPFUL MASTER

We have no applicants for degree work at this time, but will be scheduling a Brother to be passed to Fellow Craft soon so there will be practice.

I am sorry to inform you that we have lost several items from the kitchen. The entire Lodge has been searched to recover the missing items and they have not been found. It is unfortunate that we have someone among the users of the Lodge who take the liberty of taking what they want, when they want and without permission. For this reason, the locks will be changed on the Lodge. The appendant bodies will be meeting with me to determine how many keys they will need. These keys are not to be duplicated and any one who does not have a key issued, will have to explain what they are doing in the Lodge. This should not be the way we have to conduct business, but unfortunately until we can stop misappropriation of Lodge materials, this is the way it will be.

Fraternally,
Kenny Brown
