FROM THE EAST
Brethren
All, we had a very successful
Rib Feast thanks to the help of
many
Brothers, Ladies, and Friends
who
helped out with the hard work
and
selling of tickets which made this
success
possible. Unfortunately, we
were so
successful that we ran out of
ribs by
2:00 and had to give refunds
to those
who could not receive their
rib
dinners or slabs of ribs. Apologies
to all
those we had to turn away. We
will
certainly try to make sure that
this
does not happen next year.
This aside, it was truly a very good
day for
the Lodge, and hopefully will
continue
to build in the future. I
again
want to thank everyone involved,
you all did a great job!

should be noted that all who
came to
the Lodge for ribs am
could not
get them were refunded their money. Brothers,
please get money for tickets sold
to the
Lodge as soon as you can.
FROM THE WEST
Brothers, we are coming into our
busiest time of the year. With
the Rib Feast already done, we are on
the way to a successful closing of the
year. With only one meeting in both
November and December, there are
only four meetings left this year,
with the meeting in December being
the Election of Officers for the
Lodge. Be there for that along with Past
Master's Night on Oct. 25. We will
have our annual Christmas Party on
Dec. 14.
We thank those who took all the
towels
and dishcloths home to be
washed,
but we need them returned
for the
Lodge for the next event.
